Dressed up smart for a job interview - my boyfriend surprised me with two (very nice) pairs of shoes - found my my old Heatherette beauty powder - my first glossybox - I want this mirror from the make up studio I was using - fierce (and strangely comfortable!) shoes - my prize from Collention - Princess Daisy! - the best part of the SATC movie - bought Sleek's i-Divine palette - the cutest pasta - beautiful views on location - another location for a shoot - working in Birmingham, the longest train journey home - amazing hair sytlist Teresa Kim (@ChopT) making my hair pretty between make up changes - delicious hot dog from Westfield Stratford City - getting my Tom Hardy fix, plus this film is brilliant - boyfriend went to Ibiza for a week, came home a day early with beautiful flowers because he missed Daisy & I too much, aw! - Victoria's Secret in Westfield SC - "that's why her hair is so big, it's full of secrets!" - I am now a 'Benebabe'! I landed a job at Benefit Cosmetics, wahoo!!!

SUPERDRUG VITAMIN E HOT CLOTH CLEANSER - £5.99 @ SUPERDRUG

In a nutshell, the Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser is a refreshing cleanser which removes make up and dirt from skin accompanied by a muslin cloth which helps to gently exfoliate. This product is one I've only used a handful of times but have already fallen in love with. You apply the creamy, coconut scented cleanser to your face (skin can be wet or dry), run the muslin cloth under warm - hot water, ring it out and use it to take the product off your face, after you splash your face with cool water. It's a very refreshing and cleansing outcome, it made my skin feel super soft. I found it really helps to remove stubborn eye make up and left my face clean and skin plumper. It's a great product to use before bed to quickly cleanse the skin, but on hot days if I'm at home I like to use this as a quick freshen up in the afternoon.

The product is £5.99 from Superdrug stores - at the moment there's an offer across the whole Vitamin E range; any two products for £3.99 so head to your local Superdrug ASAP! I picked up the Hot Cloth Cleanser and Gentle Eye Make Up Remover and saved £5!

mac - marilyn monroe collection

Finally! After months of anticipation there are official photos of the products we can expect from the MAC x Marilyn Monroe collection. As an absolute lover of Marilyn I was so excited to hear my two loves were teaming up, I don't think there's a better combination possible to be honest; MAC, the brand of brands and Marilyn, the ultimate beauty icon (in my opinion anyway!).

There are almost 30 products in the collection, featuring nail lacquers, brow finisher, lipsticks, etc. The names are charming, my personal favourite has to be the name for the beauty powder: Forever Marilyn.

Honestly, there's not one shade I dislike or wouldn't wear, which I think it great for a MAC collection as there's usually always one that I find a little pointless. One thing that does strike me as a little odd is the packaging,  there are so many photographs of Marilyn Monroe that focus on her natural beauty and how she enhances it using make up, you can barely see her face in these photos (The Black Sitting, 1956) which I feel is such a shame. None the less I'm still going to get my paws on every item, even if my bank balance hates me for it! The new collection is due for release sometime this October.

Having a rest after too many ice cream cocktails - Tango Ice Blast while I watched Batman, it was incredible!
